They all continually support and inspire me, give me the strength to keep pushing forward… reassure me that I’m doing ok! keep me grounded, show me amazing amounts of love and generally make my life better. the amount of hours they all put in is quite insane.

and not to mention the 50 odd family and friends who showed up to the UTS graduate fashion show A to cheer for me!! its was truly amazing

100 words to tell u what its all about

Danse Macabre

Womenswear Spring/Summer 12/13

The adornment of the body is a portrayal of each fragment of the story of a contemporary Frida Kahlo. Glamour and grit, pain and love, freedom and restraint are contrasting themes depicted as characteristics of the heroine. Elements of the Day of the Dead culture are expressed in a feminine and artistic play on macabre imagery.

DANSE MACABRE is the harnessing of an imaginative spirit to create a collection of garments where each piece celebrates not only the narrative but also the woman. Key features include contrasting strong tailored leather pieces with textured, hand-printed volumous silhouettes and intricate crochet embellishment.
